I struggle to find anything positive to say about this restaurant. It lacks atmosphere and quality. Positive the Chowder was delicious. Negative the shared starters of Nachos and deep fried prawns were poor as were the crab cakes. Evidenced by the amount left. The southern fried chicken was 'soggy' and tasteless and the burgers were poor for an 'American' restaurant. On top of that an over-priced wine list. Altogether a poor experience which will not be repeated.

We booked for dinner at Fratelli Grill at the Marriott Hotel but found it has changed its name to The Atrium. The menu was different from that on the toptable page - shorter and less interesting. There was just standard fare of burgers, ribs, steak, fish and chips etc. Well-cooked but poor value. Not surprised there was only one other table occupied.

We had dinner at Fratelli Grill at the Marriott Hotel on Friday with an out-of-town guest and were pleasantly surprised. The steaks were all really good, the service helpful and the only thing that let it down was the lack of ambience ...

Fratelli on Cromwell Road is a great place to warm up on a cold night. They used to be Italian-themed but now its mainly a steak house, with the odd nod to veggies. Well worth a trip for some filling, inexpensive (when compared to some hotel/restaurant combos) and tasty grub!

nice and airy atmosphere. it was not busy when we went and the service was good and attentive. the food was great and all in all good value for money.

Mouth watering steak; the best I think I've ever had. Perfect service in nice surroundings. It was a shame to see such a fabulous restaurant so empty though.

Had a starter and main with a glass of wine, lovely food. Nice venue - clean, modern, excellent service. Had fillet steak which was suberb qualilty and very well cooked. Reasonable prices for London, would reccommend.

Okay, so there may not be a celeb chef attached, but Fratelli is a clean, comfortable eating environment with realistic prices and tasty, filling food - what more could you want? Marriott Points awarded too!

Fratelli is not going to win awards for having a big name attached. Nor is it likely to feature on the next Super Chef TV show. BUT it will win dozens of prizes for reasonably priced grill dishes presented with a twist. Good service too!

Fratelli MAY sound Italian but they now do steaks and stuff. Do give them a try? They're very good!

Fratelli provides basic, filling fayre although some of the dishes can be a bit hit-and-miss. Carbonara tonight was a wee tasteless. Good service though.

Fratelli offers good, wholesome dishes at not rip-off prices. Perfect for a quick bite or something more filling.

Fratelli does the tastiest carbonara this side of the Cromwell Road!

The Gordon's of this world would have us think that we need to eat in really posh restaurants attached to luxury hotels as the way forward. Fratelli proves that you can have filling, tasty food, and not have to take out a 2nd mortgage to afford it. Or book 6 months ahead!

Fratellis was a safe choice for a necessarily quick Saturday lunch with friends on a tight schedule. Hard for the very empty hotel eatery to deliver ambience on this occasion, and the limited lunchtime menu looked unpromising. However, quality was good and service was impeccable. Onion bread was a notable accompaniment to standard fare at hotel prices. Fratellis "is what it is" but if you want reliability and service rather than "wow" food, this might well suit.

The spaghetti at Fratelli is cheap and cheerful, although a bit tasteless in parts.

Manager is very nice to us and me and friend were really enjoy the dinner!

Fratelli did us proud as there were 2 additional diners and we were looked after very well. Great food, good service and a charming venue!

Took my gf here for dinner and wasnt expecting anything fancy but it was really nice. Looked and felt the meal would of cost more. The service was good, always made sure we were ok. Food portions was big enough, we both had pasta and would gladly come back again.

These days everyone goes on about those posh hotels that have famous-name restaurants attached. Marko this and Ramsey that. Well, Fratelli is a restaurant in the Marriott that simply dosen't need a big name. In fact, I'd be happy if it stayed quiet! The lunch menu fits on one page and dinner on two. The service was attentative and the food humble yet imaginatively presented. Would have no hesitation going back.
