Set within the glamorous art deco Dorchester Collection hotel 45 Park Lane, CUT at 45 Park Lane restaurant mirrors almost exactly its award winning Beverly Hills counterpart, offering the same mouth watering steak and seafood menu, a similarly well crafted wine list and the same atmosphere of moneyed glamour and laid back sophistication. Surrounded by wood panelling and curtaining, lit by low level lamps and high chandeliers and with curved leather banquettes creating an intimate feel, the dining room is as ideally suited to business as to romance and special occasions. Went there for Sunday brunch everything was perfect! Good live music was playing! The starter were recommended pretty good tuna tartar n crab/lobster salad. Highly recommended. Left at 4pm the Chef himself Mr Wolfgang was there!

We went to CUT at Park Lane on Sunday and the food was good. The big eye tuna tartare is a must try, highly recommended. The wagyu sashimi could be better in my opinion, lacking the flavour of normal wagyu. Tasting of New York met the expectation and the Chilean Wagyu didn't disappoint. The sides were very good, much better than expectation. The setting could be better, no view at all. Staffs were excellent and for £350 pounds we had a good meal and the beef were cooked as per ordered, not easy.

Cut 45 Park Lane served a perfect meal. They cook really good steaks there. New York sirloin, veal tongue, scallops sashimi, mash, French fries plus a bottle of red sounds like a superb dinner to me. We skipped desserts but I bet they are good as well.
