About Zayka

Trendy young families and South Ealing socialistas have embraced Zayka as their favourite new local curry house. Always filled with a buzzy crowd, Zayka is run by a former chef from Monty's - an Ealing dining institution down the road - and specialises in authentic Goan and Nepalese dishes. With free parking, a crisp granite-black and white interior and a healthy smattering of Indian wood-carvings and pot plants, this is the perfect South Ealing spot to meet friends and family for a cheap and cheerful curry. We love the Chicken Kafreal cooked with garlic, ginger, green peppers and coriander, and the mild Nepalese Meat Masala made with lamb, onions, spices and tomatoes.

I booked the table for a group of office friends. Unfortunately most were late and fewer turned up than booked, but the staff at the restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. It was a quiet night, mid-week so service couldn't be faulted. Food was good. We chose a broad mix and everybody was happy with what they tasted. We were concerned about parking, but there is a small pay-and-display across the street, which we had no problem with. Thumbs up all round and I'd go back again.

Went to Zayka for birthday celebration in a party of & including carnivors, vegetarians and gluten averse. Something for everyone and all agreed their food was excellent especially the new Goan specialities. Very friendly service.

Zayka in south Ealing was as always great. The atmosphere and the staff are excellent. Will go back again.

Zayka, Ealing Good food and very good service - very friendly. Would recommend.

Good local food but slow service. Had a dish from Goa and Nepal and both were tasty but quite similar to each other.

Zayka is a great little local, perfect for a weeknight feed when you can't be bothered to cook. Foodwise I've enjoyed more flavoursome and tenderly cooked meals from nearby southall restaurants, but the service really was quite friendly and the staff welcoming in their own way.

Our meal at Zayka in South Ealing was fantastic! There was a great choice of specials as well as the regular curries and side dishes. The service was amazing and we even got a free drink at the end of the meal! This is now my favourite local restaurant and I will definitely be going back!

Zayka lived up to it's high rating. The service was very good and the food was cooked to perfection. I would definitely go back and the menu contains lots of things I would like to try.

Delicious food, great service, what's not to like ?

Excellent food, great service.

Excellent, really friendly people and great food

chicken that melts in the mouth ! Had a beautiful Chicken Patea this evening with all the trimmings, well worth the journey and very reasonable price, I can see why people rave about this place.

Good food, good hosts, good atmosphere, what more could you want ??

simply delicious as always

This was our first visit to Zayka in South Ealing, having just moved to the area. We were delighted to find such a good Indian/Nepalese restaurant only 10 minutes away. Of the dishes we ordered, the lamb jeera and chicken jalwa were particularly delicious. We will definitely be returning to sample more of the menu. The only minor down point was that wine was a little expensive.

Met up with friends and had a fab night, all made possible by the quality food and the staff at Zayka. Very affordable and the food is of excellent quality.

Enjoyed a fabulous meal in Zayka on Valentines. Food was top drawer and total value for money. The owner and staff are very welcoming, so overall, a great evening spent.

Zayka was wonderful, lovely setting and the food was delicious. Had the Sorpotel, wow the flavours are amazing.

Zayka was excellent...the Goan Curry was especially tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to go for a superior curry...we'll be visiting again

On the coldest night of the year 4 of us dined at Zayka, 8 South Ealing Road, London, W5 4QA. We thoroughly enjoyed the usual hospitality and warmed up on a delicious meal. Top marks all round.
